MJIF Enterprise (002892856-D) (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) operates buynest.my across various platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet, and apps (collectively referred to as the “Marketplace” in these terms).

By accessing or continuing to browse any content or data on the buynest.my Marketplace, including its subdomains, mobile sites, apps, APIs, and widgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any of the terms outlined in our General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other notices on our Marketplace, you must cease using our Marketplace immediately.

By continuing to use our Marketplace, you confirm that you are of legal age and mentally capable to access the services/products offered. Our Marketplace is not intended for use by minors or individuals who are mentally incapacitated.
