How To Post an Ad

Before you can post an ad, you need to have an account on buynest.my. If you don’t have one yet, here’s how to register:

1. Visit the Login page.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Click the Log In button.

1. Once logged in, click the Post Free Ad button on the top right of the page.
2. Choose the category .
3. Select the subcategory to narrow down the type of item you’re selling.

Title:

Create a clear, catchy title that describes your product .

Example: “Property 5 min to highway !”

Description:

Write a detailed description of your item, including key features, condition, and any important details buyers should know.

Price: Enter the price of your listing.

Location: Select your location, so buyers know where the properties is available.

High-quality photos help attract more attention to your ad. Follow these tips:

1. Upload clear images (up to 5) that showcase your product.
2. Make sure the images are well-lit and capture the item from multiple angles.
3. Avoid using stock photos; real photos create trust with buyers.

Buynest.my offers two types of ads:

1. Free Listing: Your ad will appear on the website, but without featured placement.
2. Featured Listing: For just RM50, your ad will get prominent placement at the top of relevant pages, increasing visibility.

(First-time users get RM50 for a free featured ad! Don’t miss out!)

1. Double-check the details of your ad.
2. Once everything looks good, click Submit to post your ad.

Your ad will go live shortly after submission, and you can always manage or edit it from your account dashboard.

After posting, you can easily manage your ads by following these steps:

1. Go to your Account Dashboard.
2. Click on My Ads to view, edit, or delete your listings.
3. You can track the number of views and inquiries for each ad.
